This looks like an Axletech display unit that they would have taken to trade shows trying to sell them for the new ASV that Cadillac Gage was developing for the Government in 2007-08

Finished axle before they slop paint all over them, I wish ours looked that clean and sweet.
This axle is the newer 2010 + version with disc brakes and made a little lighter in weight and size.
